Flyflow.ai Privacy Policy
Updated and Effective as of May 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aignite Inc., doing business as Flyflow.ai ("Flyflow", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Flyflow.ai, our websites, apps, AI agents, workflow automation tools, browser-based features, connected-account integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Flyflow is an AI-powered workflow and agent workspace. Our Services may help you generate outputs, automate tasks, organize files, interact with third-party tools, and create workflow results based on your prompts, uploaded materials, connected accounts, and instructions.
We aim to collect information that is reasonably needed to provide, secure, personalize, improve, and support the Services. Because Flyflow agents may work with user-provided materials and connected services, this policy also explains how we handle prompts, files, workflow instructions, AI outputs, agent logs, and connected-account data.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you also agree to the Terms of Service available at https://flyflow.ai/terms.

2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Services;
Creating, running, debugging, and completing AI agent tasks and workflow automations;
Processing prompts, uploaded materials, connected-account data, and instructions to generate requested outputs;
Managing accounts, authentication, subscriptions, payments, credits, trials, cancellations, and customer support;
Personalizing the Services, including remembering preferences, workflows, recent projects, and context where appropriate;
Monitoring usage, performance, reliability, and security;
Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, policy violations, and harmful use;
Analyzing product usage, attribution, conversion, and marketing performance;
Complying with applicable law, enforcing our Terms, responding to legal requests, and protecting rights, safety, and property;
Conducting business transactions, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
3. AI Model Training and Service Improvement
Flyflow may use information processed through the Services to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, test, debug, secure, and improve our AI models, AI systems, safety systems, workflow execution, ranking, retrieval, personalization, and product features. This may include User Content, prompts, uploaded files, AI outputs, workflow results, agent logs, usage data, feedback, and connected-account data, subject to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, user settings, and applicable law.
We may use automated and human review methods to evaluate outputs, troubleshoot product issues, detect abuse, improve safety, and enhance model or workflow quality. Where practical, we use access controls, data minimization, aggregation, de-identification, pseudonymization, filtering, and other safeguards to reduce privacy risks.
We do not sell your private prompts, uploaded files, connected-account content, private workflows, or AI outputs to third parties. We also do not use payment card numbers or account passwords for model training.
If we offer account settings or legal rights that allow you to opt out of certain AI training or targeted advertising uses, you may use those controls or contact us at support@flyflow.ai. Some security, debugging, anti-abuse, legal compliance, and core service-improvement processing may continue where permitted or required by law.
Third-party model and infrastructure providers may process information on our behalf to provide the Services. We take commercially reasonable steps to use providers and contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the nature of the service.
4. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Integrations
The Services may allow you to connect third-party accounts, tools, APIs, websites, cloud storage, email, calendar, browser sessions, messaging tools, project management tools, or other services. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Flyflow to access and process information from that account according to the permissions you grant and the actions you request.
Agents may read, analyze, summarize, extract, create, transform, move, rename, update, organize, or otherwise act on files, messages, records, or other data that you upload or connect. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions, limiting permissions, and maintaining backups of important materials. Flyflow is not responsible for loss of data caused by your instructions, third-party service behavior, or your failure to preserve backups, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may be able to disconnect third-party accounts through your account settings or the third-party service. Disconnecting may stop future access, but we may retain information already processed where needed for service records, security, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate business purposes described in this policy.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
Service providers: vendors that provide hosting, cloud infrastructure, AI model services, analytics, logging, customer support, payments, email delivery, fraud prevention, attribution, and security services;
Third-party integrations you authorize: services you connect or direct us to use as part of a workflow;
Payment processors: providers that process subscriptions, trials, refunds, chargebacks, and billing-related events;
Advertising and analytics partners: partners that help measure campaigns, attribution, and product usage, subject to applicable law and opt-out rights;
Legal and safety purposes: courts, law enforcement, regulators, or others when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services;
Business transfers: a buyer, investor, financing party, or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets;
At your direction or with consent: when you share a project publicly, publish an output, invite collaborators, connect a tool, or otherwise instruct us to disclose information.
We do not publicly display, recommend, or showcase your private tasks, uploaded files, connected-account content, private workflows, or private AI outputs without your direction or consent, except where required for legal, safety, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.
6. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and how you use the Services, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of targeted advertising, certain sales or sharing of personal information, or certain AI training uses where those rights apply.
To submit a request, contact us at support@flyflow.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, such as when retaining information is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, dispute resolution, or core service operations.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. We may still send transactional, service, billing, security, or policy-related communications.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers and extensions support Global Privacy Control signals. Disabling cookies may affect login, payments, personalization, or other Service functionality.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, complete transactions, improve and secure the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backup or audit records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, account status, legal requirements, and operational needs.
If you delete content or close your account, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information, subject to legal, security, backup, anti-abuse, billing, dispute, and operational retention needs. Information already used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve models or systems may not be practically removable from trained model weights or aggregate evaluation systems.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for limiting the permissions you grant to connected accounts.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@flyflow.ai.
10. International Transfers
We operate primarily from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we, our affiliates, vendors, or service providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by updating the effective date, posting a notice, or sending an email. Continued use of the Services after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the Services.
